I made this to put on a website, So thats why it says KungFumum at the end thats my username on the website. I just used my moms camra to take the pictures and a program on our computer to make the movie. I also used the panit program for the effects.

Field Trip Day!

Shuttle Mission!

Devin and Dillon went to a space shuttle launch simulation! Dill was the Tracking Systems Officer and Dev was the Data Tracking Officer. They were with a group of homeschoolers from our area. They all followed a script with lines to say and buttons to push. They successfully launched the shuttle!

Austin's Baptism

What A Great Day!

Austin was baptized this month! He was so excited!

We had lots of discussions about what it means to be baptized and take the name of Jesus upon us. Austin is a good, helpful boy who tries hard to be good. We are so happy he chose to be baptized!

Austins Pinewood Derby Race Car

This is my pinewood derby car, we had our race on Wednesday the 23rd. We beat everyone at the race and made a new track record and then beat it with another track record. My Dad and I had a lot of fun together building the car. I think it is so AWESOME and it's FAST!

Nature Walk

Jacob told me this morning that he really wanted to go for a walk and take pictures of nature. The best "nature" we have around here is the pond, so we set out after lunch to find some.

Right off the bat Em found a beautiful white feather. Big surprise as there are a million ducks around here!

Austin liked this duck. He promptly chased it into the water as soon as I took his picture!

Look really hard and you can see a black and white duck to the left of Jake. He thought it was very different.

Austin made sure we got a picture of this goose and all his ladies. He hisses at you if you come near!

Two ducks who have only been out of their eggs for a little while! The kids liked them a lot!

About half way through our nature walk I noticed all the weeds and trees had lots of seeds. We started collecting them and talking about how plants reproduce. When we got home Austin glued all the weed seeds on one side of the paper and the tree seeds on the other. Pretty Cool!

Jacob Says:

"We just went on a nature hunt and then we found a lot of seeds and then we put them on a chart. We just love seeds planted. We just love to see all the nature and the stuff of beauty and the stuff of coolness."

Emma Says:
"I love because we got seeds and the other seeds and I love every seed we picked. I love everything. Ducks was my favorite part."

Austin Says:

"I liked the geese the best."

Classic Emma Moment

Emma decided a few weeks ago that she was too hot! She found some scissors and cut a huge chunk out of her hair! I tried to fix it, but only made it worse. We took her to our friend that cuts hair and she did a great job!

Jacob's Crop

Way back in the spring, Jacob found some of Mom's corn seeds and planted them by the back patio. He watered them and watched them and now he's eating them!

Austin's Golf Lessons

Austin used his birthday money to pay for golf lessons. He went every day this week from 11 - 12PM and was taught by a pro! He did really well. Today all the kids in the class had a tournament on the 18 hole putting course and Austin came in 2nd!

A Day Of Fun!

We all went to the beach on Thursday! We had a blast. The beach was beautiful, the sun was hot, the water was cold, and the company was great. Dillon and Devin found a huge log that we all played on. I haven't laughed so hard in ages!

Devin: My car

This is my car I'm building for fun not a scout thing. The only problem is I can't find the primer and it's got a lot of grooves. Its probably the first time my parents let me use power tools besides a drill without freaking out, well... maybe a little.
